The work of the House and Senate committees are increasing which means that bills affecting cities are being heard every day. The Texas Municipal League staff works directly with legislators to advocate for city interests so you can focus on improving infrastructure, public safety, economic growth, and the quality of life in your community.
While TML staff works tirelessly to monitor the legislative hearings, city officials should be taking an active role in the process. Learn how you can participate.
